Kieran Ringgenberg

President

For more than 15 years, Kieran Ringgenberg has represented clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to several of the world’s most successful and respected businesses.

Kieran lives in Piedmont, California with his wife and two children. When not practicing law, he can often be found in California’s beautiful Sierra, backpacking, fly-fishing, or snowboarding.

"Kieran represented me for over three years through two lawsuits and counter lawsuits with a hostile board of directors. I consider myself very fortunate to have been represented by Kieran given the board hired a small army. Throughout it all, Kieran helped execute a legal strategy to build our claims with the evidence necessary for us to reach a successful settlement. With his top-notch legal skills and good judgement, the company, employees and shareholders came to a better place. Kieran was consistently responsive, helped us focus where it counted, wrote compelling claims and was a pleasure to work with."
